📦 Processing Time

  • Custom Printed Items: 2–4 business days (as each item is made to order)

  • Perfumes, Oud, Burners, and Accessories: 1–2 business days
    We will notify you if any delays occur.

🚚 Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

🇦🇪 Within the UAE:

  • Standard Delivery: AED 15, 1–3 business days

  • Free Shipping: On orders above AED 200

  • Same-Day/Next-Day Delivery (Selected Areas): Available for an additional fee

🌍 International Shipping:
We ship internationally to selected countries. Shipping fees and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout.
Please note: Customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes applicable in their country.

📦 Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email or WhatsApp message with a tracking number. You can track your order directly via our website or the courier’s link.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by public holidays, courier delays, or customs processes. If your order hasn’t arrived on time, please contact us and we’ll assist promptly.
